At Power Bike Kits, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty and a hassle-free returns policy to give you peace of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty Policy:

  • Duration: All our ebike conversion kits come with a 12-month warranty.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and any issues arising from normal use.
  • How to Claim:
    1. Contact us at contact@powerbikekits.com.au with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
    2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns

Returns Policy:

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately for a free return or exchange.
  • How to Return:
    1. Email us at contact@powerbikekits.com.au to initiate a return.
    2. We’ll provide instructions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@powerbikekits.com.au to arrange an exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
